I managed the 8th-10th grade Boy's Division for the National Basketball Championship in Dallas Texas. The goal was to drive more participation for the largest youth basketball tournament which attracts over 20,000 people to the Dallas area for a week. I did this by researching different teams across the nation and reaching out to them to help promote the tournament. During my time as an intern, I assisted with marketing, organing the event, and helped run the frontline furing the event. - Helped in expanding business by contacting research teams to participate in tournaments and creating new events Show less

Helped partner different organizations in the field and stream department by establishing relationships. Women in field and stream is growing rapidliy therefore they are a big up and coming in the market. I developed different mathods of how to reach this group through brand awareness. I coordinated an in-store event to help promote the 2014 Mens World Cup. By doing this, I developed an in store register to win autograpghed worn cleats by USA Mens team member Brad Davis. To market the event there was in-store signage created, radio broadcast, and social media post. Show less
