  Sherlock Investigations is a Michigan based Private Detective Agency, specializing in insurance defense investigations and operating statewide. We are based in metro-Detroit and have field investigators located throughout the state. The agency was founded in 1995 with one insurance carrier as a client and has steadily grown. The agency is comprised of two divisions: Surveillance and Information gathering. This separation is based on our experience that the skill sets required to successfully develop the information our clients need via interviewing and research are much different then those required for expert surveillance. Accordingly, everyone on our staff is specialized within their area of strength, allowing our clients the benefits of that expertise. Upon starting with the company, I handled much of the administrative side of our surveillance department. After honing my investigative skills with preparing cases for the best chances of activity for the field investigators, I have moved into a larger role with the company in assisting with other investigations. My expertise lies in database searches and public records, but I am comfortable with assisting in most areas of our company. As a Fraud Investigator, my duties include: -Conducting activities investigations on insurance claimants in order to detect and prevent fraudulent insurance claims. -Database analysis and data interpretation through CLEAR, TLOxp, Delvepoint, etc. -Gathering human intelligence. -Conducting Extensive Backgrounds -Taking statements, locating witnesses, claimants, and hidden assets.   At ASG Investigations, I specialize in Criminal Defense Investigations for new cases and appeals - at all levels. I am a vetted Indigent Defense Investigator for Wayne and Macomb County, MI. I am skilled at performing client and witness locates, internet and social media profiling, crime scene/neighborhood canvasses, witness, client, law enforcement interviews and statements, records searches, criminal history searches and FOIA inquiries.
