  As Agency Director, my main responsibilities focus on the development & leadership of my team. I’m training, coaching, and giving the necessary resources to the individuals that comprise my team on an ongoing basis to ensure their success within our organization as well as future endeavors. Also, and just as important, I own all strategic decisions impacting the businesses and their respective customers that have a relationship with us. I ensure that we continue to follow-up on all commitments made to customers, developing deeper relationships through continuing engagement, and upholding the business ethics & integrity that corroborates with each customer, new & existing.
