Intern
-
Aug 2018 - May 2019
As an intern with the A&S Marketing and Communications, I spend my time doing a variety of projects. I typically work on design-related projects that promote the College of Arts and Sciences and its various departments and events. I work with another intern to create lobby monitor slides for events and important dates/information. I have worked on a retention campaign called "Map to Cap" from start to finish, where I helped create the slogan and entire graphic to promote the campaign. I've also created templates for fliers and postcards that departments can use for their own events. In addition, I have written a few portions for the new website revamp project as well as press releases. Show less

Lead Designer
-
May 2018 - May 2019
As lead designer for The News Record, I am actually the only designer on staff, and I put the newspaper together for print. I use Adobe InDesign for desktop publishing, and I place all stories, photos, and ads based on a previously created template that I spent the summer creating. I redesigned the entire print setup for TNR to promote continuity and brand standards. Creative Director
-
Aug 2018 - Jan 2019
As Creative Director, I organize the designers and ensure their work fits the standards of the TITLE brand. I also proof their page layouts and provide feedback before final production. I pull together all the designs and ads for placement before the Editor-in-Chief does a final look-through.
