When Brittany and I started our jobs at Grandma's Marathon we were young and naive about the working world, but I can't imagine learning and growing with anyone else. Brittany's ability to deal with whatever life threw at us, is one of the many reasons I loved her as a coworker. Many days of our job consisted of mundane tasks but she always brought the same attention to detail and enthusiasm to them as she did to more big picture tasks such as logistical details and customer facing interactions. She never hesitated to work the long hours necessary and she was always my first call whenever a problem arose, no matter the size. My days at Grandma's Marathon without her would have been filled with far more confusion, headaches, worries and far less fun. Work in special events is often filled with unpredictability in stressful environments and she never failed to go above and beyond to "make it work". Brittany is and will be a huge asset to whomever has the opportunity to work with her.

Efficient, consistent and punctual are the words that come to mind when I think of Brittany. I have had the pleasure of working with Brittany for over the past year and assisting with her journey here at The Jackson Laboratory. Brittany handles multiple competing deadlines with ease. Anytime I need her to switch gears I am impressed with how fast she is able to move on and focus on any new task at hand. This is a great quality/skill to have in the position she is in which is fast paced and ever changing. No matter what the day brings Brittany always keeps a positive attitude and is a delight to have in a professional working environment.
