      This is a small hotel with less than 10 staff members. Cleaning rooms was just one of the many roles I take on. Training of new employees and j-1 students.       The point resort is a seasonal 5 star Forbes resort. This job showed my dedication and desire to work. All the rooms are outside, no matter the weather (rain, snow) I would have to go outside to get to each room to clean. My job was done mostly in the evening when the sun went down. This job also required you to accomplish cleaning every guest room in house within a short period of time due to the fact that we are only allowed in the guest rooms while they are at dinner, dinner was served from 7-10pm.
