As our central brand communications designer, all Trade Me employees have benefited from Britt's work. She's brought many company culture initiatives to life through design and illustration. This requires excellent communication, senior stakeholder management and a core understanding of briefs. Britt has been an important member of our design family, providing support, guidance & mentorship. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. Britt's talents extend to developing great processes and guidelines. This includes single-handedly systemising a scaleable illustration style, which has become a delightful extension of our brand. It features in marketing campaigns, apps, website, and external communication. Britt leaves on a high, contributing many significant aspects in making Trade Me's brand more cohesive and memorable in her wake.

ACTION FOR THE ARTS We work to make arts and culture matter within our district. We are an independent entity driven by the will to ensure culture plays a stronger role in supporting social and economic vitality and resilience in the region. Established to address the lack of a cohesive, district-wide presence for the arts, the Three Lakes Cultural Trust is guided by the cultural masterplan we commissioned for our district in 2020. We are funded by philanthropy and donations from some generous members of our community, and registered as a tax-exempt charitable company with the Charities Services section of New Zealand’s Department of Internal Affairs in 2019. Self-driven and client based design work initiated when living in Berlin. It was from my small home studio that I collaborated with other designers on projects, carried out on-going, as well as new work, based mostly in New Zealand. Working independently from a studio and being abroad taught me so much about myself, my process, my strategy and my overall perspective on the design industry. Now residing in Wānaka, I am a proud team leader of four amazing wāhine. This enables me to build on those learned processes and strategies that I prepared some time ago while growing with my studio and team members. Show less

I was lucky enough to be a part of an awesome team who helped me to develop holistically as a designer. I was challenged daily by different projects ranging from branding and web design concepts to Government work and document design. I was a contributor of the pitch, alongside Lou Wright and Alise Flannery, that won Chapter host, Alise the license to run the Wellington Chapter. October 2016 welcomed the first CreativeMornings Wellington and I assisted in the preparation and running of the following 4 months of this awesome event. Being involved with such an event taught me a lot about event management, community contribution, relationships, team communication and exposed me to so many awesome creative thinkers that Wellington boasts. I loved being a part of this community and have continued to attend CreativeMornings Berlin while living there. Show less
