There is no other way to say this...Brittany Coale is a force to be reckoned with. She's smart, she's passionate, and she takes no prisoners. She knows digital, she knows sales, and she knows how important people are to every outcome. Brittany was part of my interview process at McClatchy and out of the gate she knew what she needed in a leader to ensure her success and she wasn't afraid to ask for it. I'm not sure I delivered on it for her but I am proud of her ongoing success and I am certain that everyday she challenges herself to be the leader her team needs her to be.
