Sales Rep of the Year 2019 •My sales territory covers 23 states and I present a variety of medical products primarily to universities, hospitals, clinics, labs, etc. I work within Salesforce to follow up with clients (and potential clients) to maintain and build relationships with a focus on closing sales. I travel to potential clients in my territory to provide demonstrations of our products. I also travel the country to different conferences to highlight our products to the attendees as well as networking. My goals for the year are jointly established by my manager and I. We review quotes that are already in the cue, past and upcoming events, demonstrations, and conferences. The company’s sale cycle averages a year. I work with my manger to schedule as many visits to clients (and potential clients), events, and conferences as necessary to ensure that I hit our established annual sales goal.
