I'm pretty confident that Brittany has a clone. That's the only thing that can explain the quality and volume of work she is able to get done. I've never come across someone who is able to handle all aspects of CS leadership so well, while somehow making room to take on company projects outside of her department (sales chat playbook, pricing evaluation, etc). She's made an impressive transition from Sales to CS, which gives her the winning combination of being someone who strives to make customers successful, but also knows how to drive revenue for the business. What you'll get from Brittany (and her clone) is incredibly hard work, experience in building and leading a function, killer culture creation, fantastic communication & follow-up, and the rare ability to create a strategy and then execute the hell out of it. Doesn't matter what stage you are at, Brittany should be a leader on your team.

Brittany is truly one of those special hires that a company can make to help shape the entire culture of a sales org. I was lucky enough to work with Brittany at Copper CRM where she was hired as a Senior Account Executive when I first joined the company as an SDR. She's an incredibly skilled sales professional who is gifted with insane interpersonal skills. I kid you not, her prospects literally want to be her friend even after a sales cycle. Because of her consistent performance as a top closer, she was promoted to Regional Sales Manager where I had the pleasure of being one of her direct reports. She's great at providing feedback on how to improve and making suggestions for next steps on deals, but the most important quality about her management style is that she truly cares about the success and personal goals of her team. She also happens to have one of the most contagious laughs *ever* which was always awesome to be around on the sales floor. I'd recommend her to anyone in my network (and beyond)!
