As a licensed real estate agent, the comps are run in the area and the value of the home is evaluated as-is and suggestions are made for renovations that can raise the value of the home at resale according to the neighborhood. A design is then created and from there multiple options are given for the implementation of that design. 1. Design Only: The owners are just interested in a design with material selections, but would like to complete the renovations themselves. 2. Design Assistance: The owner's have a predetermined construction crew they would like Budget 2 Beautiful to work with directly to implement the design. 3. The White Glove: Budget 2 Beautiful will design the space, hire the contractors, order the furniture and accessories, and leave you with a beautiful space.The same process can happen for clients who are looking to buy a home. As we walk through the potential houses, I'll use my experience as both a Real Estate Agent and Interior Designer to creatively make the spaces come to life at a budget you're comfortable with.
