I started working there as a floater teacher. I wanted to apply for the floater teacher position because I believe it will give me the experience I need to know how to be an effective Lead Teacher in the future. I was responsible to monitor nap times for children ages infancy to age 3. I also help keep the child center clean by sweeping floors and lastly, I was responsible for taking children outside and watching them while they play. It was a fun experience and I enjoyed every moment of it. I started working there as a floater teacher.
