  I founded the company in 1994 as FBS Inc. The company was reorganized into Bentonville Software Associates in 2004 when I also stepped down as CEO to take over the role of CTO primarly focused on research and development (my passion). The name was changed to Shiloh Technologies in 2007 to better reflect our current market position.
