  -Oversee all design from start to finish including trend forecasting, color palette and overall feel of the collection for all Beach Bunny brands including: Beach Bunny Swimwear, Beach Bunny Lounge, B.Fit by Beach Bunny-Establish seasonal design and art direction- theme, image, mood, color palettes, fabric selection and silhouettes that reflect current market trends consistent with the brand's vision-Liaise with a team of pattern and sample makers, both domestic and import, to develop collections that are fresh, innovative and a step ahead of competitors-Involved in all fittings from start to finish to ensure every style is consistent and fits perfectly-Work closely with production manager to ensure timely deliveries are met-Excellent communication with pattern makers, contractors, vendors, etc (both domestic and import).-Design and develop intricate jewelry inspired hardware pieces catered to the Beach Bunny customer-Design and develop body jewelry for the Beach Bunny Brand including body chains and foot chains.   -Assist in designing, developing and presenting collections for the following Beach Bunny Brands: Beach Bunny Swimwear, Beach Bunny Bride, Beach Bunny Bronze, Lady Lace, Beach Bunny Cover Ups-Developed relationships with many domestic and overseas vendors for fabric and lace sourcing, embroideries and trim developments-Work with local and overseas contractors to develop first samples-Relay all fit comments to local and overseas pattern makers both visually and verbally-Design and develop intricate trims and hardware to develop jewelry inspired pieces catered to the Beach Bunny customer-Attended industry trade shows including Swim Collective in Huntington Beach, LA Textile Show and Mode City in both Lyon and Paris-Attended and participated in the organization and prep of all photo shoots including styling, dressing models and ensuring that all images show the garment details perfectlyI started as an intern as one of the first non-family member employees and after hard work and a dedicated vision for the brand I became a important member of the Beach Bunny family.In my 9 years with Beach Bunny, I helped grow the brand from a small lingerie inspired company to a mainstream name in the swim industry.
