  I started as an administrative assistant at Cast Transportation in 2015. I quickly grew with the company and moved into dispatch and operations. I managed and dispatched over 30-40 drivers, I am very well organized and you can say I have a "system" for everything! Throughout the day I take loads from customers needing equipment, and/or construction material moved, I than decide who the best driver would be to do the job and assign the driver. I like to plan at least a week in advance so we can foresee what our upcoming week is going to look like and make sure everything is covered or make sales calls if needed.
