  Working with other team members promoting the club and its event’s. Educating people on the latest DJ’s sets which take place inside, increasing the attendance by the public in order to successfully promote what each event has to offer. In addition to this I use social media as a marketing place to target our chosen audience in hope they attend the club’s events. Social media such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook were used to push the events goals of maximum public capacity. The job role often involves handing out flyers and leaflets around my university campus – Swansea Singleton and halls of residence, whilst selling tickets to the target audience. I often attend such events working alongside a team which helps the production of many music events in Cardiff and Swansea area (soon to be expanding).

  During the term break between College and University I took the opportunity to work for Butlins Minehead in the Splash Department and gain recognisable qualifications and become a lifeguard. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and meeting people of all different nationalities. I lived on site in team accommodation within Butlins itself for three months before returning to start my University course.   I was fortunate enough to work in California full time for nine weeks coaching football with ‘Challenger Sports’ in 2018. The programme often faced me with challenges, such as being responsible for up to 120 children at a time, however this provided me with an opportunity to improve my organisational and communication skills. Each week I stayed with a different host family, where I was thrilled to learn about new cultures and have the chance to develop my understanding of different ethnic backgrounds. Experiencing how others from different countries communicate and socialise compared to that of my own was very interesting. It was amazing to be able to love my job and travel California for 9 weeks at the same time.
