Few people are fortunate enough to have the chance to work with a store director like Britany. I met Britany back when I worked at Sephora and we were peers. Her store was always on the top of the district with surveys to show! Guest loved the atmosphere that her team brought. I was always impressed with how she was able to build and train a goal driven team that constantly gave results. From hitting those high metrics to beating sales monthly. Britany is a great asset to any company she works for. I’m excited to see where the future holds for her.
