  This role involves delivering interactive lessons and workshops, focussing on topics such as democracy, health and wellbeing, green issues and leadership, to children and young people from primary and secondary schools in the area local to Lancaster University. As a part of this job, my duties include promoting the advantages of higher education to pupils, supporting behaviour management by ensuring pupils remain active and engaged, working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues to engage groups of pupils and to encourage pupils to become active citizens through these workshops.
