I've started on Customer Service team as internal sales/helpdesk, the best bootcamp in the firm. Then I earned the responsibility of online product configuration and after 3 years I am a specialist member of the Product & Business development team that leads all projects concerning products, services and pricing. In a nutshell my 5 P's : Product management, People training on products, Production partners , Procedures implementation and Pricing online products.
