  Bright Sparks was originally part of a larger all sector agency, and after great success in the independent School sector, the decision was made to create a new agency dedicated to our growing client base and to give the brand its own identity. The specialist team at Bright Sparks are passionate about recruitment and understand the importance of placing the right candidates into the right schools.
