My major accomplishments in these include – Real Estate and Infrastructure Development As Chief Engineer – Projects, Manager – Projects: ► Spearheaded construction projects worth INR 2500 Cr; monitored projects in high-risk border areas. ► Devised strategies to revive stalled projects. ► Restored services affected by cyclone in record time of 24 hours and infrastructure in 60 days. ► Proved instrumental in evacuation of 800 villages during flood relief operation in Gorakhpur. Human Resource Management As Deputy Chairman and Director – HR, Commanding officer (CO) of engineering unit, & Director - Faculty of Studies : ► Handpicked to conceptualize and implement the 7th pay commission for 4M employees of Army. ►Facilitated harmonization of service benefits, abandoned obsolete policies and proposed new benefits structure. ► Catered to organizational interest and ensured smooth integration of harmonization of terms and conditions, policies, and structures. ►Settled employee disputes, negotiated with unions and arrived at win-win situations for the organization and unions. ► Led a regiment of 800 soldiers and looked after their training and development needs, performance management, placement and postings and superannuation. ► Monitored training needs and imparted training to about 1000+ officers annually.
