Develop brochures and publications. Facilitates and assists with planning health and wellness fairs. Plan, coordinate and implement public and community relation programs and events. Practices continuous quality improvement management and participate in operational performance improvement activities. Assists with State survey's and reporting. Develops relationships with local and state elected officials. Assist in planning and defining topics for public hearings and focus groups. Build relationships with media outlets. Manages provider relations with our contractual providers. Establish, maintain and strengthen existing relationships within the provider network and develop new relationships. Responds to any issues/inquiries from internal and external providers. Ensures an adequate provider network is developed and maintained that meets the capacity and service array needs of the agency. Ensures the provider network is informed of state, federal and local standards/requirements relevant to providers. Provides and maintains provider related inquiries/trends and service capacity needs and provide data to Management administration. Show less
