  In this position I assisted the sales department by generating new leads for the sales team by pre-qualifying prospects through internet research and sending “cold” emails and/or teaser packets. Once they requested more information I sent out sample packages of our products and follow up with emails or phone calls. Also, I supported the sales team in any way necessary – customer call backs, responding to emails, running /creating reports, etc. I processed all internet orders from start to finish, including shipping, and I did the same for all third party orders. I helped with answering tech calls regarding the use of our products, created and maintained spreadsheets tracking all internet and third party sales progress and reported to the owner when necessary. I researched and implemented the CRM program. I assisted the marketing department by designing and/or updating sales flyers, ads and other sales literature using a variety of Adobe products. (Adobe In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator) I duplicated instructional CD's and created cd labels for distribution to customers.
