A successful career with HSBC Bank plc and a number of local organisations has given me invaluable knowledge and understanding of finance, marketing, management and administration. I am dedicated to using those skills to help others develop their own businesses. Combining a strong sense of customer service and organisational abilities, I support the Focus7 International team at all levels.

Working alongside the team, I provide marketing, finance and management support. Customers are at the root of all we do at Barr-Jones Associates and I am confident in identifying opportunities for them to develop further. An experienced manager, I keep track of all the loose ends and ensure they are tied up efficiently and creatively. My role continues to develop: I am always learning and encouraging others to do the same. Working alongside the team, I provide marketing, finance and management support. Managing lettings, including marketing, arranging viewings, taking rent and arranging maintenance, I gained invaluable experience in property development. The skills I honed in this period allowed me to build on my previous personal development and adapt them to a different industry.
