Bridget has a strong skill set for her position as Director of Human Resources at Crescent. She consistently develops a high degree of trust with any of the employees, from hourly to senior management. Her approachable nature allows her to really offer a human element and yet provide honest feedback and direction. She was instrumental in the most recent labor negotiations by securing a contract that was beneficial for both the union and Crescent. Bridget also researched and implemented a new web based payroll system that provided financial savings, moved our PTO process to a paperless system and worked through set up and training for inside and remote employees. Equally important, she handles performance issues in a manner where she is often successful in turning the situation to a point where the employee improves the behavior and maintains it. Her respect with the entire senior management team continues to make her a true asset for the organization.

I had the privilege of starting out my HR career with Bridget as my extremely knowledgeable HR Director. Even with a heavy workload, she took the time to immerse me into the field and trusted me with advanced tasks to jumpstart my career. Bridget not only has a great positive attitude, but she is extremely proactive and reliable. She has a gift of meeting all deadlines with very quality results and is willing to take on any task. Bridget is a natural leader, and one that is an inspiring mentor for her team. Her dedication to her job and employees is refreshing, and I would be very lucky to have the opportunity to work with her again.
