Great Caring teaching
Tim MH Yeo
Bridget taught us with grace, patience and humour. She imparted her knowledge of the basics of drawing to many of us who had no prior art training. Always emphasizing the power in mastering action lines and drawing from within the Form, she taught me personally how to reframe what I see in my environment, and not simply depicting it, but recreating and communicating it through medium. It is still proving to be a useful skill in my work as a visual communicator, and in my recreational time, studying light, shadow (chiarascurro!) and Form, as well as, experimenting with drawing remains one of the activities that I enjoy and often revisit.
