1.Represented over 150,456 underprivileged litigants in court and legal processes including mediation, negotiation and in High Courts and Courts subordinate thereto which led to recovery of over UGX 500M.2. Conduct research on various legal issues arising, draft legal opinions to inform next course of action and advising clients on legal processes.3. Drafting court pleadings including plaints, defences, affidavits and ensuring effective filing and service in accordance with the law.4. Prepare for and plan for the proper implementation of the Legal Aid Program and participate in preparation of periodic donor reports to improve accountability and transparency in use of donor funds.5. Supervise and mentor over 10 Legal interns, volunteers, 10 Associates and Assistants.6. Facilitated the training of over 165 Community Volunteers and 50 law enforcement officers on labour rights / Laws, domestic violence, land rights, succession law, child labour laws, trafficking in person and human rights issues.7. Trained a group of 30 private sector employers on employment and labor laws.8. Coordinate, organize, and conduct awareness raising sessions in communities of operation through door to door, work based, community outreaches, radio talk shows.9. Coordinate and Conduct capacity building initiates for law enforcement officers, duty bearers, PLA partner CBOs, community structures and other PLA stakeholders.10. Initiate funding requests for the organization, draft donor proposals and ensure timely submission and follow up.11. Develop communication strategies and materials to create awareness among targeted communities on the domestic relations, labor laws, land rights and inheritance laws. and disseminate communication and awareness raising materials.
