I had the opportunity to work with Brice for several years and at different time of his professional career. Brice is one of the most positive person that I know, voluntary, dynamic, he has a keen sense of organization and showed a large self-control in the stress periods. As F & B coordinator he has often assist me for the creation of beverage menu, also from a big support on several events and most important on my side the high level of competence on micro system.
