I represented the seller in a multifamily portfolio sale in the Florida market and Brian represented the buyer. Brian was awesome to work with. Firstly, he brought to the table a very capable buyer that was super easy to work with. You don't see those as often as you should. Brian was always reachable by email, text, and phone and was cordial, calm, and very helpful throughout the entire transaction. His buyer was working a 1031 exchange with several moving parts and he made it look graceful. The seller and I both agreed that Brian and his buyer were among the easiest to transact with. Hope to do another deal with him in the future.
