  As Foreign Teacher Supervisor and Head Teacher at the Korea Poly School (KPS) campus in Cheongju City, I taught a full school day of PreK or Kindergarten, then taught 1st–8th grades in the afternoon; all while managing our foreign staff, coordinating school events, training new hires, holding weekly meetings to foster and encourage collaborative teaching, and acting as a liaison between foreign and Korean faculty. I was also a speech coach and a debate coach. I'm proud to say I led our debate team to second place at the KPS National Debate Competition, and one of my speech contestants made it to the televised National Speech Competition sponsored by Cartoon Network and Hyundai!
