As a lead server I motivated fellow servers daily to participate in contests, follow steps of service with every table and I was responsible for conducting shift meetings with the crew at the beginning or end of each shift. I shared my knowledge with the servers to help increase their alcohol knowledge and therefore their alcohol sales. I was responsible for making drinks for servers to serve their guests and for tending to up to 20 guests at a time at the bar top. My ultimate goal as a bartender was to provide excellent friendly service and encourage repeat business. As a corporate trainer, I traveled to participate in grand openings to train new staff.
