    • Decor and Logistics Manager of the Gourmet Dinner Series
      • Sep 2017 - Nov 2017

The Gourmet Dinner Series, hosted by the Advanced Food & Beverage Class, is a longstanding tradition of the Paul College of Business & Economics. Each semester students work together to create a unique, 3-day dining experience for alumni, family and friends, and esteemed Paul College faculty. They build from the ground up, from brainstorming an event theme, to working with vendors and creating the menu, and finally executing a weekend long event that is memorable for all in attendance. The Fall 2017 class was able to break the pre-existing record with over $4,000 raised in the silent auction, which goes back to the Hospitality Department in the form of student scholarships. We were also able to sell nearly 100 covers per event, resulting in an incredibly successful weekend our entire team could be proud of. Show less
