  I was originally hired on as a part-time aide where my job responsibilities included activity preparation, playground supervision, bathroom supervision, and snack preparation. Within six months I was given an advancement opportunity, and I was promoted to full-time teacher. For the past year, I have been educating twelve 3-4 year old students. I have followed an advanced academic curriculum while managing to provide the developmental aspect that this special age range needs.
