Brianna is a powerhouse. In a conversation with our director, I once commented that if our team was a fast-moving river, Brianna is the team’s unseen undercurrent - moving volumes at an even faster rate. She is such a versatile team player whose accomplishments are impressive both in scale and quality. I won’t try to list them all, but a few noteworthy callouts are: she implemented the quote process from the ground up; worked tirelessly to enable sales operations; had an eye on best practices at all times; conducted market intelligence to help inform decisions; had both strategic and operational understanding of Federal vehicles/GWACs; provided training on our various database/ platform tools; and juggled any number of random projects as the need arose. She managed to accomplish all of this in under a year with Rebellion. If it’s not readily apparent, she was always game to take on any task without hesitation, even when it fell outside of her wheelhouse. Her work product went above and beyond the original ask because she is naturally intuitive and can identify the next step. Needless to say, Brianna is just incredible, and I will miss her easy-going personality.
