During my time here to complete my internship hours I redesigned the logo, created Instagram Highlight icons, and edited together trailers and interviews. As an intern with my college's esports association I began by creating content for the unveiling of our team's jersey display at our local Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. I also helped to promote this event by getting on the ground experience passing out fliers. I wrote 3 articles, coverage of the aforementioned jersey unveiling, a profile, and a brief history of esports. I pitched and was green lit to host the first ever collegiate esports association affiliate podcast, By the Horns. My most high profile guest was Burger Becky, the first champion of esports, whom I researched extensively to try to get her to tell a brief summary of her career by asking the right questions in the right order. I also created the graphics, established the RSS feed, and edited the intro/outro using copywrite free music. Show less

I volunteered here during the dinner hours. Tasks varied based on where people were needed. Sometimes I'd be helping in the storage area, serving food, or setting up the tables. After serving dinner I'd always help out with clean up in the dish washing area. At the time I held a part time job at a restaurant as a dish washer so I felt most comfortable working in that area during clean up. I volunteered here during the dinner hours.
