Project Executive

Jan 2020 - Present
I am responsible for performance on Design Build HVAC/R projects from concept to completion. In the concept phase, I work with clients to understand their business and identify their goals for the project. I then lead the pursuit by developing an initial system design, scope, and budget to accomplish these goals. I pay great attention to detail and think through alternatives to come up with the best system for the end user. Once the project has been awarded, I help guide the project through engineering and construction to ensure the designs remain cost effective, energy efficient, in line with the approved scope, and properly installed.
