Brian was a great client manager who helped me get the most out of Offermatica. For me Offermatica is alot like electricity. I know the switches that turn it on and off. But I have very little understanding of its inner workings. I just know I need it and that it makes my life so much easier. And Brian is the master at helping you get the most out of the Offermatica platform. He is helpful, responsive, encouraging, and gives you ideas that you can steal and later take credit for with your boss. What's not to like. He is also a great person who I actually enjoy talking to (rare for me to actually enjoy talking to business partners). The only knock I have for Brian is that he was too good at his job so we lost him as our client manager when he was promoted to work with OTTO.
