Brian knows his customers, has excellent communication skills, is knowledgeable and experienced. He managed his employees with respect -- and likewise, Brian was one of the most respected employees at Outdoor Empire. Brian's coworkers, myself included, looked to him for suggestions because he was never short on innovative ideas and marketing strategies that worked.
