This program saved over 2.5 million vehicles miles traveled annually. Instituted the first TMA-operated shuttle in Atlanta by convincing grant agency of its merit, negotiating with regional transit agency to allow shuttle to use intermodal station, and partnering with local municipality to market this service. This shuttle moved over 10,000 people a month. Implemented the only electric-bus system in Georgia and first at any University by diligently pursuing grant funding through multiple state agencies and partnering with Georgia Power. Operated first car-sharing program in Atlanta by making use of electric vehicles funded through a federal energy grant. Successfully implemented shuttle system to serve Emory's Clairmont Campus, which moves over 10,000 people a day by conducting demographic analysis of ridership and creating schedule and frequency to match ridership projections and budget. Developed and improved programs that helped Emory win the 2004 PACE award for most outstanding large employer commute options program in Atlanta by improving reporting and data gathering, identifying missing and needed services and implementing and marketing new programs.
