This recommendation is long overdue and has been on my conscious for years; great people and experiences should be evangelized so here it goes! In late 2016, my wife and I hired Brian to represent us on a residential new home construction project, in a subdivision. We worked with Brian through 2017. Brian was very busy at the time with projects in various cities but never no-call no-showed us. If we was running late he would always call and let me know ahead of time which I always appreciated. It was clear Brian wanted to help and made himself available to answer our questions and concerns. What set Brian apart from the other realtors I researched was his technical and engineering background. He was able to explain where our house would likely sit on the lot before the actual project manager did. He was attentive in meetings and gave us insights and perspectives we desperately needed. His calm but focused demeanor matched my own and his presence at meetings was VERY comforting. I did not fear being taken advantage of as a first-time home buyer. Brian is very warm and approachable, which is typically uncommon among "Technical People". Not only does he do quite a bit of beautiful DIY-work himself but he provides and expects others to provide quality for his clients. The final nice-touch was a surprise gift he gave us at closing. In a world of decreasing moral compass, accountability and ever-lowering expectations, our positives experiences with Brian were a welcome change to that status-quo. Thanks again Brian and I wish you continued success in your business and life! Kevin

Brian attacked our listing when three other realtors in the area failed to sell it. He was original, creative and highly motivated to help us get top dollar for our home. We had our home on the market for over a year before going with Brian and in a matter of months we were at the closing table with the buyer. I reccomend Brian Black as a professional in the real estate industry who will get the job done right the first time.
