During this 10 week summer internship, I constructed a short form standard hazard analysis for government furnished equipment on board the Multi Purpose Crew Vehicle (MPCV) Orion as well as present to the Safety and Mission Assurance Working Group (SMAWG) and division executive board for evaluation.
