Collaborate with lenders/officers and legal departments to review and evaluate all requests ensure adherence to all company policies. Reviewing, analyzing and reconciling the borrowing base certificates and/or sales, collection reports and support documentation to confirm the value of the borrower’s collateral as well as the availability and the loan system. Perform duties of paid invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment. Escalate individuals' errors as appropriate to insure proper resolution and minimize customer service deficiencies. Paid loan processing, including formulation of (Partial) Release of Lien and UCC-3 Terminations. Aid and manage all customer assets and coordinate with team members for all bank portfolios.
