Observed my mentor and began to take the reins and control over the classroom. Teaching began online then we transitioned to a hybrid system the second half of the school year. I welcomed students and began our morning routine of breakfast, sharing, writing and presenting before we started with core subjects. I assess constantly to make sure everyone is understanding.
