  How do we effectively use the digital planetarium environment as a tool to improve learning? How can we powerfully spark curiosity for the sciences? As a researcher and education programs assistant, my goal is to answer some of these questions. Some of this research then is manifested when I help to develop shows to be distributed nationally or locally through outreach efforts.

Many of the same principles of engaging people apply to lobby exhibit design - I co-lead an upgrade of our lobby exhibits to make them more interactive. I have also been involved in outreach events and presenting planetarium shows to audiences of all ages.
