Develop a daily schedule and weekly lesson plans based on observations, parental input, and developmentally appropriate practice. Develop goals utilizing individualization form to meet each child’s developmental needs. Complete required documentation including, but not limited to: Monthly Reports, Attendance, InKind, Meal Count, Family Contacts, and Child Injury Reports. Meet Head Start Performance Standards, NAEYC accreditation standards and DHS licensing requirements. Understand and utilize Agency curriculum for developmentally appropriate instruction.
