  - Served as an assistant instructor on a 9-day backpacking expedition for students aged 15-17 through Utah's expansive canyons. Prepare equipment, pack supplies, repair gear, clean and upkeep program supplies and complete resupplies for programs out in the field. - Work alongside field staff during transitions and resupplies of gear and food. - Help participants get outfitted with gear such as backpacks, clothing and sleeping bags from the on-site store. - Work alongside the kitchen manager to prepare meals for Deer Hill participants and staff. -Work with the Facility Manager in safety pre-checking and preparing vehicles for use to and from field-programs.
