      responsible for testing rtos based control systems, imaging systems, vision systems, presses and finishing equipment, inkjet printers and their controllers, electrical and mechanical automation systems, networks, etc...I also developed a machine I/O simulator which revolutionized our ability to test in the lab and provided the capability to simulate almost any type of finishing equipment, press, or inkjet printer. prior to this, most testing was done in the field on live running systems which was a high-risk environment to test in. The product tracking scheme i developed for the simulator was later adapted for tracking product on systems with variable product spacing such as folders and digital web-based presses with variable impression spacing.
