Co-founded Dominion Property Advisors – a Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Company specializing in the appraisal and review of income-producing and owner-occupied properties (Ex. Leisure-hotels, public houses, restaurants, cafes, sports facilities; Retail-retail stores, shopping malls, shops; Office-office buildings, serviced offices; Healthcare-medical centers, hospitals, nursing homes; Multifamily- apartment complexes; Agricultural, and Special Use Properties). Created the first “Short Form Appraisal” product and service. Bought business partner out and became the single owner of Dominion Property Advisors. Recognized the declining trend of MAI’s in the USA and recruited, trained and mentored a large staff of young professional appraisers into the business. Purchased 5,000 SF office building and recruited and trained young staff. Grew small boutique firm into the largest, most prestigious (non-institutional) commercial appraisal company in New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. Became the premier firm in New Mexico for litigation resolution and expert witness testimony in Commercial Real Estate. In one case reduced damages of $45,000,000 to $7,000,000 as an expert witness. Sold Dominion Property Advisors in 2009 and was the business development officer and reviewer until 2016.

Reviewed and managed the appraisal process and provided consultation with supervisors and key executives on the valuation and disposition of failed assets. Generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and savings for NationsBank/AMRESCO and Wells Fargo. Relocated to New Mexico for review and appraisal management position with United New Mexico Bank (acquired by Wells Fargo Bank). Reviewed, appraised, and managed commercial real estate. Served on Bank’s loan committee via requests of the bank president and senior loan officers.
