Its dedicated mission is to track, seize, and otherwise disrupt funds identified as being used to support terrorist operations around the globe, through partnerships initiated with domestic and international intelligence, law enforcement and governmental agencies.・FBI representative to the National Security Council on terrorist financing matters;・Senior FBI Executive in charge of the most sensitive global terrorist financing investigations and operations;・Authored and implemented the FBI's global strategy to combat terrorist financing (2007-2009), yielding successful case results;・Led an international strategic partnership which resulted in the disruption of terrorist acts;・Developed strategic working partnerships and advisory groups with numerous U.S. and international government law enforcement, and intelligence agencies which led to successful terrorist investigations, prosecutions, and operations;・Developed and implemented the National Security Financial Sector Working Group comprised of senior representatives from the largest U.S. financial institutions to address matters pertaining to terrorist financing which led to successful investigative conclusions;・Authored and disseminated the initial TFOS Newsletter to U.S. financial industry providing trends and methodologies to assist in combatting terrorist financing, highlighting the critical importance of Bank Secrecy Act information;・Provided numerous briefings to members of Congress and their staffs; ・Developed strong partnerships which led to successful operations with FinCEN and OFAC in support of terrorist financing investigations.
