  • Safe interaction with all mine site equipment and personnel.• Designing, Poly welding and placement (installation) of Poly pipelines, using mechanical assistance, as required.• Efficiently and safely, install and maintain flow meters and valves to ensure effective water flow and data recording.• Training of new employees.• Build, manage and maintain team structure • Install and maintain de-watering pumps and equipment• Move Dewatering equipment out of blast zones for blasting• Using Cranes and Loaders, safely cut down bores as required• Refuelling, servicing and cleaning of De-watering machinery and equipment.• Operate – Cranes, Loaders, Excavators, Tilt Tray Trucks • Monitor and inspect, bores, pumps and open water supplies and record relevant data daily• Monitor and visually inspect all pipelines• Liaise with Management and Mining Supervisors, to plan for daily and long term De-watering strategies.• Providing maintenance, knowledge and practical application to minimise down time and potential loss of production.• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety strategies throughout the mine, to ensure a safe work environment and effectively manage risks• Complete administrative processing requirements associated with De watering duties, such as requisitioning of parts and materials, recording of all De-watering Data onto spreadsheets, processing of maintenance orders, using SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).• Maximize return on assets through effective utilisation and care of De-watering equipment and tools, with due consideration of safety and environmental issues
